On receipt of the booking form we will process your reservation immediately with the property owner or management agent and more often than not this will be instantaneous. Your payment will be processed at the same time, but no money will be collected until the property is actually reserved for you. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking with the reservation number as soon as possible, usually by return but you should allow for up to 24 hours.
Shortly after full payment, or the balance payment, has been
received vouchers and arrival instructions will be emailed to you, you
should expect to receive them within 7 days.

We accept the following which are processed through our HSBC Clients Account:

Each booking has a transaction fee of £10 - or equivalent - which is collected at the time of booking.
There is a 2% handling charge added to balance and full payments by credit card.
